This privacy policy applies to all the clients of vinaContact after signing the agreement of providing and using e-mail marketing services by vinaContact.

vinaContact complies with the 90/2008/NĐ-CP Government’s decree promulgated on 13/08/2008
What is Spam? Spam is any e-mail or message sent to recipients who do not want or are not authorized to receive according to the law. Spam includes e-mail spam and message spam.
You violate the law if you:
· Collect email addresses for advertising purpose without the agreement of the owners.
· Facilitate or allow others to use electronic methods to send or forward unsolicited messages and emails under your license.
· Trade or spread e-mail addresses collecting software or licenses to use them; trade the e-mail address lists or the license to use such e-mail address contact lists for the purpose of sending unwarranted email.
· Send over five commercial emails to one email address within 24 hours, unless there exists such an agreement with the recipient.
· Violate the term about rejecting receiving advertising information.
Regulations on using services of vinaContact
1. Once using services at vinaContact, you are obligated to comply with the Anti-Spam Policy promulgated by the government.
2. It is prohibited to send emails that involve politics, religion, lampooned issues or propaganda related to the government or the state of any country.
3. If you are sending advertising email, you must first obtain the prior permission of the recipients. This can be done, for example, through a registration forms on a website. When sending e-mail you are only permitted to send the type of contents that the recipients consented to receive.
4. In your emails you must state clearly how you received the information of the recipients. For example: “You receive this email because you have registered our promotion programme.”
5. It’s obligatory to have the Rejected receiving e-mail link in your emails.
6. You need to show your address as well as your real information in the email such as: corporate’s address, official phone number, link to the website.
Corporate Email Client Anti-Spam Policy: Clients of vinaContact have agreed to not send unsolicited commercial email through our systems according to the above Regulations. Any client who violates this agreement is subject to privacy review, services termination and potential legal action.
Feedback about spam email

Notification of Changes to our Privacy Policy
